Please review our Warranty Terms and RMA Policy carefully before filling out our On-Line RMA Request Form. Please note that Prudent Way will not accept returns without prior approval and an RMA number.

Warranty Terms
This warranty is enforceable only by the original consumer purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
- Warranty Length
For all new Prudent Way superior and professional series of power supplies, parts and labor are warranted for three years from the date of purchase. For Prudent Way other products, parts and labor are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. Replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty days, whichever is longer.
- Uncovered Issues
This warranty does not cover the following issues:
- Any modified product or on which the date code, manufacturer sticker or serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.
- Product damage results from:
- Failure to follow user manual instructions included with the product
- Acts of nature such as fire, water, lightning or others accidents
- Misuse or neglect
- Attempted repair by unauthorized third party
- Physical damages caused by shipping or transportation (claims must be filed with the carrier)
- Any other cause unrelated to product defect.
- Prudent Way is willing to provide support to our customer. However, we can not guarantee that the product will meet all customer requirements. It’s customer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the product to the specific need.
- Normal deterioration.
- Warranty Limitations
Prudent Way’s sole obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to make repairs or send replacement products back to you. We will not accept any request to make trade-ups to any newer models and/or refunds. We will be responsible for repairs of the product itself. Customer needs to contact other vendors for other component repairs. Furthermore, Prudent Way is not liable for any incidental or resulting damage, including but not limited to damages resulting from interruption of service and loss of business, or for liability in tort relating to this product or resulting from its use or possession.
